Chilled out environment Fun team to work with Everyone seems to know what they are suppose to do

Cons

They like to hold meetings to plan for meetings, which often end up to be finger-pointing episodes Some managers aren't exactly the brightest Some tam members are rather immature, especially the ones that feel they have been there longer

Pros

Internal communication throughout the business has improved massively over the past year. Regular team and Manager meetings allow departments to work smoothly and efficiently. From a wider business perspective, weekly all-hands meetings take place, which gets everyone in the business on the same page when it comes to the company's vision and goals. It is also a great place to share success stories which regularly occurs during these meetings Working at IPI the one thing that impresses me the most is the teamwork and the fact that people even though they may be busy or having a bad day are still willing to jump in and help a colleague out when they need it. It could be a quick 5 mins chat or a 1-hour call out of hours, at IPI help always seems to be a message or phone call away. As someone that came straight from college to IPI, the salary has been more than fair. This includes my time as an apprentice and as a full-time employee. IPI offer a range of perks like the EAP, flexible working from home arrangements, free fruit and other refreshments and the best one yet PIZZA THURSDAY! Where leftovers from the Manchester office are distributed to the homeless. During my time as an apprentice, the opportunities I was given were amazing. I was given time to study but also given opportunities to shadow colleagues, visit sites, experience a wide range of products and be involved in new emerging tech. I have the opportunity to engage with other teams/departments like the health and wellness team and the projects team. As someone that is new to the working world, all of these experiences are very beneficial. IPI provide a working environment/culture where I feel comfortable speaking my mind around things that I might not agree with. I have personally been praised for raising my concerns/opinion on issues.

Cons

Speaking on my last point from the pros there are people still in the business that feel like they can't speak their mind. I understand this as I know other business would be keen to move someone on swiftly if they don't agree with them.
