Nothing to boast about or be proud of.
Cons
The head takes away the heavy booty and pressurizes the juniors to give all the waking hours. No respect for employees, micro management, tight monitoring of working hours, not a great pay scale, neither notable clients. Join only if you are a fresher and ready to work your butts off without caring much for anything else.
