Ive worked for 5 years at isc, and have had my ups and downs, they're a good company to work for and rarely lay off their employees, will pay for your school, and most of supervision is more than happy to help train others
Cons
Their pay is below average, and the lack of communication can be a big deal in certain situations

Lack of leadership Compliance department is difficult to work with Hasty decision making leads to undesirable outcomes for everybody
