Additionally, there’s a lack of opportunities for growth and development, and employee feedback is rarely taken into consideration. The company culture feels toxic, with favoritism prevalent and little recognition for hard work.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend IVM as a place to work if you’re seeking a supportive and constructive environment.
