Not a trustworthy place to work

Pros

Free red bull....Great insurance, and if you like to work in a room of awkward silence this is the place for you!

Cons

Awkward communication and work dynamic. The CEO decides to pick up and move as he pleases (across the country) and lets dedicated employees go to accommodate his new move. However, he tells employees in the old city they have nothing to worry about so they won't quit in times of need.... but fires them all in a few months anyways. The people running this company are con-artist and liars. They will say and do anything to try to make a few extra dollars. They do not appreciate needed family time and will pressure you into not taking ANY time off...including lunch breaks. Don't even think about getting promoted, they will instead hire someone who obviously lied on their resume and pay them twice as much as you.

Pros

Access to some of the greatest marketing and communication tools. It is a laid back but fast paced start-up environment. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Plus there are plenty of snacks, energy drinks and sodas.

Cons

Since it is located on the Frontage Road, there can be traffic at times. However if you live or work in Austin you know how bad the traffic can be sometimes.

Pros

snacks are okay, whiteboard tables are kinda cool. Learned a decent amount of excel and product listing

Cons

I should have read the previous review and turned this job down. I would have saved myself six demoralizing months of frustration and dejection from management. * Pay is terrible for the amount of work that's constantly thrown and stacked on you.. with little to no training that is demanded from you by management. *If your entire dept quits, you better believe you will be left to pick up the slack. * Been there for a while? You will be expected to know everything even if you were never trained properly. I was told I should have known certain things, even though it was never brought to my attention. If you do not have the power of osmosis, then you might be screwed. * I was supposed to get three months of training before moving onto the position I actually applied for. Try getting three days of training and being told that job you applied for was no longer available. Bait and switch.. read between the lines when you apply to work for this company. I should have left a while ago.
