      Supportive team but outdated systems hinder efficiency

      Pros

      I work with a great team and manager who is very supportive.

      Cons

      Some of the systems are antiquated, they do not integrate well with each other and also lack workflows. Resulting in manual tasks such as checking the status of purchase orders and copying and pasting data from several systems into another.

      Pros

      Hard to find many pros here. Some of the people were decent and some of the clients were fine. Otherwise its worth staying far away.

      Cons

      If you come from the German office or are German you should be ok. Otherwise, you will be an outsider that is met with constant resistance. The previous CEO didn't understand the US business and how it operated. I wouldn't trust the new CEO to run an ice cream truck. There is so much backstabbing and possessiveness that it kills the ability to do anything good or great at this company.
