      Pros

      - Generally positive environment - nonstop learning and skill honing - they move people around different positions to see what works best - working on really cool pieces that go to important aerospace projects etc - 3 day weekends !

      Cons

      - pay rate could have been better for the ones who added the most value. - no incentive to work faster while making minimal mistakes - communication could have been better but that’s all jobs !

      The employees are hard working and dedicated to ICTC.

      Cons

      "In my time at this company, I was disappointed to witness a severe decline in work ethics and morale, largely stemming from a lack of effective management. It's disheartening to see how a once-promising work environment has deteriorated. Communication was often unclear, Overcommits and production falling behind. employees seemed undervalued. It's my hope that the company can address these issues promptly for the well-being of its team and overall success."
