    Pros

Great learning experience: working on different projects in different industries is definitely helpful.
Excellent training ground for basic skills

    Cons

    Lack of accountability

I worked at Ignify (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Opportunities to learn new skills
-Good for beginners who have thick skin
-Willing to hire people with minimal experience

    Cons

-Executive is involved in every aspect of the company which slows processes down to a near standstill
    -Extreme micro-management
-Excessive displays of favoritism within the company (in regards to pay salary increases, placing blame on failed projects, recognizing contributions to successful projects)
-Salaries are drastically below industry average
    -Executive is verbally abusive
-Very hostile work environment, most employees are under extreme stress

    Advice to Management

-Allow employees to work independently to accomplish projects, constantly having to get approval for every minor steps drastically slows down projects
    -Pay employees a fair wage
-Behave professionally at all times, provide constructive criticism rather than personal attacks

I have been working at Ignify full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Opportunities to people who are willing to grab them. Decent enterprise customers, very good exposure.
One of the best AX implementations team.
    Better salaries than other partner.

    Cons

Certain mid level managers have a high degree of favoritism. This makes and made a few seniors feel they are neglected, especially with promotions.
Uncertainty at times causes anxiety amongst employees.

    Advice to Management

    None.

I have been working at Ignify full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Been working here for more than 5 years and the company has changed for the better. While there is a still a very strong entrepreneurial culture processes have gotten better, things are more streamlined and generally there is a bigger company attitude. Someone has worked hard to make that happen. Work/ Life balance has also improved. Working weekends though not at zero don't happen very often and frankly if you want zero working weekends then don't look at a career in IT. I'm able to spend quality time with my family and Ignify has helped me get loans, buy a house. I'm grateful for the opportunities I have been given. Company continues to grow and is very profitable.

    Cons

Some things can still be adhoc. Travel can sometimes be an issue depending on your job - especially for consultants. However, travel is far lesser than other IT consulting firms from my experience.

    Advice to Management

Can't really think of much to add. I think Ignify University is a good initiative but it should be made more regular and we should work on bringing in external coaches and trainers in addition to the peer to peer training.

I have been working at Ignify full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Lots of learning
    Always something new happening
Good pipeline of Microsoft Dynamics projects
    People stay busy
Try to stay local. Travel is MUCH lower than other consulting firms
    Good core values
Expansion in international markets continues to fuel growth

    Cons

Sometimes too busy. Need to manage work/life. This has really improved in the recent months though. The management is working hard at it
Very Entrepreneurial - which is generally good but sometimes processes are not fully baked.

    Advice to Management

Spend time on better documentation and processes. The excellence initiatives are good. Continue to invest in the business.
