This job paid well and was in a convenient location.
Cons
The boss is incredibly unprofessional and treats her staff very very poorly. She is the first to say you did something wrong when in fact she cannot read clear emails. She is overly defensive, but does not leave room for employees to voice their opinions or speak freely without any backlash. No person should ever be screamed at in a professional environment and she would to everyone multiple times a day. Save yourself the mental health crisis and apply elsewhere. The insurance is also TERRIBLE.
