    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Ignition full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Dress code, bananas, apples, oranges

    Cons

COO is a big baby who sits on her throne. Greedy and isolated, you can smell the misery! You have the choice be a warm person.

    "High Turn Over Rate"

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Ignition full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working with the support staff here was a great experience, however no one stays here very long unless they are in league with the dark side.

    Cons

This place has a high turn over rate. The greatest accomplishment of this company has been to successfully create a hostile work environment where upper management is mistrusted and loathed. If you’re an assistant editor or finisher, you would do better to find employment elsewhere.

    I worked at Ignition full-time

    Pros

Coworkers are pretty cool for the most part. Nicely stocked kitchen, free food, and snacks.

    Cons

Management plays favoritism. They do promote from within but don't expect to move up by being a good employee. You won't get very far unless you're part of the in-crowd.
