Every employee is a professional and willing to assist and collaborate to produce the best solution for the client. Great attitudes create a pleasant working environment. Flexible and open to new ideas. A company not afraid to look at itself and make changes to improve. Cons
Any company pursuing growth needs employees all pulling in the same direction. This is not a place for someone looking to punch a clock. Acquisition and bringing multiple companies into working alignment takes time, patience and requires the ability of each employee to see the big picture. To that end, seeing beyond simply the technical position to include client management and business organization are additional skill-sets demanded for the role.
