This is a very well-run SME, with an excellent CEO who has a clear vision. Engineering team is top-notch, and ideas are encouraged and celebrated. The company is on an excellent growth trajectory; I hope to be here a very long time.
Having worked for other startups, I've seen the problems that can come with poor leadership or a lack of technical understanding at the CEO level. This place does things right, and for the right reasons.

Being a small company means the work can be fast-paced and stressful, because there is a lot to do, but that makes it a wonderful place to hone skills!
