We have an amazing group of people at InFlight. We all share a common goal: the success of our small software firm. Working with such brilliant and hardworking people has inspired me to challenge myself everyday and to never accept failure as an option. We pursue perfection and buckle down each and every day to ensure that we attain it. I couldn't be happier here! P.S. if you work out of the Easthampton Sales office, we have an inverted rockwall in our office.

Cons

None that I can think of. For anyone who doesn't like to fly or travel, the sales roles here typically involve some traveling so be prepared.

Surround yourself with brilliant, dedicated people. Work on products that are cutting edge, unique and solve today's problems. Immerse yourself in a culture that allows you to be yourself and lets you perform at your best because of it. Then be prepared to work your tail off. That is a guarantee. The beauty of working hard for InFlight is that you will love every minute of it. No silly meeting. No company politics. Just great people and great “work”. You are challenged and inspired to put in your best effort and you can’t wait to see what this team will do next.

Cons

I am sure there are some. If you are look hard enough for problems you will always find one. It is great that none come to mind. I've worked for small startups and fortune 100 corporations and could instantly list cons for each. Not the case at InFlight.
