If I could erase the memories of working there, I would

Pros

They used to have a nice office but I believe it's no longer open.

Cons

My experience at this company was almost all cons. The CEO at the time was extremely abusive. I witnessed him scream at people, swear at them in front of other team members, demote people, fire them without severance, deny PTO and put people on unpaid furlough. Morale was extremely low the whole time I was there and people should heed this advice and not work there.

Pros

Cant say any of them as of now but salary is credited on time.

Cons

My experience at InRhythm was disappointing due to concerns around management practices, workplace culture, and job stability. One of the biggest challenges was the perception of favoritism and bias in management decisions, which often impacted employee morale and trust. Opportunities for growth, recognition, and decision-making did not always appear to be based on merit, leading to frustration among team members. The work culture could be quite toxic at times, with limited transparency, poor communication, and a lack of support from leadership. This created an environment where employees often felt undervalued and hesitant to voice concerns. Another major concern was the uncertainty around projects and workload. There was a constant lack of clarity regarding future assignments, creating anxiety about job stability and long-term career growth within the organization.

Toxic Culture and Zero Stability

Pros

I’ll be honest there are a few good people here. Some teammates are skilled and genuinely helpful, and you might get exposure to big clients. That’s about where the positives end.

Cons

I joined expecting a solid consulting environment. What I got instead felt like a glorified staffing setup with zero stability. The moment your project situation changes, you start worrying about your future here. Leadership is the biggest problem. The culture feels fear-driven—decisions come top-down with little clarity, and questioning anything is quietly discouraged. There’s a noticeable disconnect between what leadership says and what actually happens on the ground. Work-life balance is practically nonexistent. Long hours are normalized, and leaving on time can actually make you feel guilty. It’s not “fast-paced”—it’s disorganized and reactive. Another frustrating part is the lack of transparency. Feedback doesn’t feel honest, growth paths are unclear, and there’s a lingering sense that the company cares more about maintaining an image than fixing real issues. You’ll hear a lot of positivity, but it rarely matches reality. Attrition is high, and after spending some time here, it’s easy to see why. People either burn out or leave as soon as they find something better.
