Highly unorganized, very clicky - if you dont fit into the rediculous schedules and travel accomidations you are in trouble. Managed by a bunch of children. Layoffs constantly. HR department is a joke. No orientation or training youre just thrown in and when you ask questions no one knows the answer. Was promised the world ended up screwing in screws and doing pathetic busy work - not skilled labor at all. Designers do not know what they are doing - design cheaply made structures to rip off customers.
Go on road to get a lot if overtime and when you get back they send you home for three days so you end up with under 40 hrs.
Rediculous expectations like working in owners home or in pouring rainstorms.
Breaking OSHA and dot rules constantly. Welding with no ventilation for example.
Stay away! Lame company! Could be making 2x the profits if managed right.
