Pros
My direct manager was incredibly nice. Coworkers are nice people. Work is fine. Gave me some good industry experience that helped my career starting out.
Cons
Boss of company handles pressure by pressuring everyone around him. Pretty unpleasant atmosphere of high stress during busy times. I kept being asked if I could work overtime, like every single day.

Pros
The owner says "If you have a thought say it, I don't want to hear that's how we've always done it" I see we are always ready to adapt and change. Which is important especially through these Covid times. The hours are fair, the work load is good and the facilities being new are still looking great with plans to update further.
Cons
Not much around the area for lunch. In the front of the house it can be pretty quiet which can make for a longer day. However we've started to play background music and seems the mood is much better.
