      Great place to learn and grow

      Pros

      Very dynamic, involved and friendly team. There is also a lot of diverse and challenging projects keeping everybody highly motivated with the job. Managers as well as associates are always happy to support and it really helps developing skills. I staid at Inbeeo a year and a half and it was nice to grow with the company. There are more and more employees and despite this evolution Inbeeo keeps its company values.

      Cons

      At some point the management team was maybe a bit young, but they gain experience and a great hiring process fixed this issue.

      The office space is nice.

      Cons

      Toxic environment and poor management which is reflected in the high turnover rate for employees. I am surprised at the number of positive reviews Inbeeo has on here. At the same time, it is such a small team that those who left probably don't want to risk being identified...

      *Really friendly and supportive team *Very interesting strategic market access projects that span many geographies and therapy areas *Variety of different clients and project types *Lots of opportunities for personal growth and promotion *High level of client contact and autonomy

      *Working with clients can sometimes mean short deadlines, but this is usually handled well
