    I worked at Indevco full-time

    Pros

Friendly atmosphere, easy going environment, friendly, supportive management, lots of opportunities to grow, learn, and gain experience, and even make some mistakes along the way

    Cons

Not much room to reach a management position as most managers are hired from the headquarter country that is Lebanon and they are hired to fill all department head or department manager positions across all factories/plants and most administration offices.

Not everyone is very professional, expect to work with a lot of people who don't have so much work ethic especially in lower grades + poor communication skills, minimum or limited English, and sometimes negative vibes (jealousy, unwillingness to cooperate, etc.)

    Advice to Management

Hire better educated people to fill all these positions which required good English and good communication skills. Pay people a bit more for their starting jobs so you can hire well-educated people and attract them to work in the company and stay longer.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Indevco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - One of the biggest companies based in Lebanon and serving a worldwide coverage
    - Wide career opportunities in various functions within manufacturing
    - Great amount of learning especially for new recruits as they are exposed to world class experience in their fields

    Cons

    - Long working hours and a lot to learn, serious employees who want to advance have to show a lot of commitment, which i have done and i would say be prepared for long working hours and loads of efforts that will pay off at some point
    - may get a bit bureaucratic

    Advice to Management

Be decisive about the growth strategy, and rethink about the old fashioned vertical integration of subsidiaries.

    Cons

Working with Napco group can offer a huge experience but the salaries are not fair comparing to pressure and tasks given to employees
