      Good system, seamless application and CRM

      Cons

      Incentives given to clients come from adviser's pocket, only found out when it was deducted. Messy backend, department for adviser is inefficient, and provides misinformation. Not the best in compensation, be careful of their offers. Unfair, unmerited appointment for some.
