      Pros

      teach you a really well-structures and comprehensive Computer science course, comparative with a University degree. Then, place you in leading High-tech companies, in good positions.

      Cons

      Pay much less than the market.

      Pros

      Very professional developer foundations in backend course (I say this after several years in the field) Very selective about candidates, meaning you're in good company Excellent interview prep

      Cons

      Attitude from teachers - militaristic, occasionally insulting, ostensibly to prepare you for the pressure of the job. In practice? Eh. Attitude from sales department - worse. Utilitarian view of candidates as a product, which occasionally slides into somewhat abusive territory. CEO is seems to thinks he's the greatest person alive, very smug, very smarmy. Also, (IMO) quite a dim person.

      Knowledge gains - C/C++ deep understanding of what happens underneath the hood, C/C++ build process, system-programming, multi processing/threading, IPC, Good practice of code writing and software design. API Design experience - real-world decision making. OOP & Design Patterns. learn to work in a team, under tight deadlines, multitasking and self learning, communication in a work environment / remote. experience leading a team. preparation for job interviews.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, study 14 hours a day like your life depends on it. Army-like distance from some of the mentors. Not much mental support if you are slower than others - some of my friends left the program feeling they are lesser then others. I strongly recommend to join the program with a positive attitude, strong prepared mentality, and don't compare yourself to others.
