      Pros

      Nice place to explore new technologies. Senior members are most helpful in nature. Open to take suggestions.

      Cons

      There is no fixed deadlines. So much of works needs to be completed in very less time. Lack of proper planning of work. Saturday is considered as working day (Usually asking to come on weekends for task completion). Network issues and much more slowness in workspace. People staying late, coming on weekends considered as hard-worker.
