      Pros

      None - being able to go home at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Very Toxic work environment, a lot of yelling and employees being degraded by the owners. Owners are micro-managers, and never care to take care of customers needs and employees as well. A very unhappy place with a lot of unhappy employees who have lawsuits against the company. I could not be happier to not be there anymore. The environment is abusive. Worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      The only pro that I can think of is consistency.

      Cons

      The owner is abusive, rude and uses foul language. The supervisors are unqualified and have no authority. The environment is hostile, cold and apathetic. Instead of trying to find a solution they are only interested in finding someone to blame. The turnover is constant and the hiring process is inadequate. They promote a team atmosphere but it is anything but that.

      Some of the people are enjoyable to be around.

      Cons

      The most negative place I have ever worked at by far. Who ever put a 5 star on this, is as phony as the guys who own this place. Alllll the 1 star reviews are spot on. Do yourself a favor, don’t apply and tell anyone else you know who is looking for a job not to apply, unless you like degradation.
