      Pros

      Great Culture, great physical space to work in, everyone is super easy to get along with. They hired me from out of state and have been more then helpful getting me situated in Colorado.

      Cons

      They are rapidly growing so some kinks are still being worked out. It's fun to be apart of the growth!

      Pros

      The space has a seemingly cool vibe to the outsider, but is under shadowed by a hallow culture and depressing day-to-day.

      Cons

      Disorganized work flow, elitest attitude from management, no training and sucky account mix. The worst!

      Pros

      Great space, great benefits, amazing culture. No micro-management here. Everyone is given the opportunity to lead their own world.

      Cons

      As a start-up, it was hard getting the focus we needed. The recent re-organization has addressed this and we are hopeful this will help get the focus we need.
