Pros

Finding an organisation that genuinely balances a strong culture with meaningful development opportunities is rare — but Inforcer has truly nailed it. From day one, it's been clear that the culture here isn't just a buzzword; it's something that's been deliberately and thoughtfully built. Paired with well-structured, accessible learning pathways, it makes for an environment where you actually feel invested in and set up to grow. Honestly the best I've experienced in my career so far. What makes it even more exciting is the trajectory the business is on. inforcer is growing at a phenomenal rate, and being part of the team at such a pivotal point in that journey is something I'm genuinely proud of. The energy is infectious, and the future looks very bright

Cons

If I'm being honest, it's difficult to find a genuine con — but in the spirit of a balanced review, it's worth noting that as a fast-growing business, the pace of change can be rapid. Processes, product features, and documentation can evolve quickly and frequently. For some, this might take adjustment — but for me personally, this is absolutely not a con. It's part of what makes inforcer such an exciting place to be, and if you thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, you'll love it here.

Pros

I feel very grateful to be working at Inforcer. The team is not only focused and driven but also genuinely kind and supportive, which makes a big difference day to day. The company has a clear vision, and leadership is transparent and approachable, helping everyone stay aligned and motivated. I genuinely enjoy going into the office and working with such collaborative and positive people. The Taco reward system is a great touch—it’s a simple but effective way to recognise contributions and show appreciation across the team. Overall, it’s been my best job experience so far, and I feel very lucky to be part of the company.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t come across any major downsides so far. Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, but the supportive culture and clear communication make it easy to adapt.
