I have been working at Informatic Technologies (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing to say...Please do yourself favor by not sourcing contracts to this guys. No good consultant will work for this un professional company!

    Cons

They have recruiters sitting in offshore rural india and calling by using magic jack device with US numbers to trip you. These guys have no clue about the client, Market, Billing rates or either technology. .. They have no professionalism.... Worst People on the earth! They have multiple layers between client and consultant... The keep margin for each layer around $10-$20 / Hr. with this you will be left with peanuts... Horrible staffing agency. Please stay away from these un professional guys!

P.S Clients no good candidates will work for this guys unless you want to hire un-professional !

    Advice to Management

Hire reciters in US and treat consultants with respect!

    Pros

Good Base Salary. Decent Benefits, Freedom to choose projects, Good management, Nice support staff, plent of opportunities

    Cons

No dental and vision benefits. No 401K plan offered. Not much support for mentoring, training or junior candidates! More suited for experienced consultants

    Advice to Management

You need to be more proactive in terms of taking care of your intellectual capital, ie...your Consultants. Also need to provide good Dental and Vision healthcare benefits, and 401K participation.
