      Pros

      IDCOL is a government own NBFI located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have been working here for more than 10 years. I have to deal with all IT activity. My main responsibility is to automate internal process by writing suitable code and provide best services to my employer.

      Cons

      A little bit bureaucratic for decision making. Sometime it does not give proper rating for proper delivery.
