      IMG, as a boutique finance and management advisory firm, offers employees a chance to learn about and do what they're most interested in within the scope of the firm's work. That scope encompasses public utilities; air, road and rail transportation; and private equity transactions involving infrastructure. IMG is a great springboard for entry-level and experienced professionals who know what they want their careers to look like and have the will to pursue that vision.

      Cons

      IMG's modest size is a double-edged blade. The company cannot offer the same resources that larger firms can. This is felt most acutely by entry-level employees looking for mentoring and guidance, but it is also an issue for senior staff who are often accustomed to greater administrative and analyst support.
