I worked at Infront Consulting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You will gain a lot of valuable experience working with well-known Fortune 500 firms by helping them to deploy Azure, System Center and other Enterprise Technologies. Everyone at Infront was very friendly and always willing to share knowledge with their coworkers. The health benefits and other perks are above average for the industry. Most of the consulting engagements can be performed remotely and management is very focused on employee well-being. The company is solid financially and customer feedback for the consulting engagements is often quite positive. This company has a good reputation with its customers.

    Cons

Nothing comes to mind right now

I have been working at Infront Consulting full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I get a pay check. I get to interact with nice guys, I get to do some cool projects. We have good fun on our internal calls, and people help you when you are stuck

    Cons

Screen clipping taken: 02/09/2017 11:41 Do a google search for the worst run company ever and you will find Infront. I think 10 people have left this year alone. We just lost our head solutions architect who was one of the last MVP's we had (think we have 2 left), then the rest of the sales team quit or were fired (imagine nobody knows the truth) and we were told at our last team meeting that the consultants have to sell and write SOW's and do all the work of the sales and SA team while trying to do our work that companies are paying us for. There is no trust in the CEO and rightly so as he NEVER tells us what is actually happening. I have been with Infornt for a few years and to be honest it's starting to feel like the only ones left are those that are still looking for a new job. There are so many other great companies to go work for DONT COME HERE! The mood of the whole company is one of depression and there is hardly anyone that I speak to that is not actively looking for a new job. The fact that I am still here is starting to say more about me than Infornt.

    Infront Consulting Response

    September 12, 2017CEO

We do not have a current employee in Dallas, Texas, which should help to identify this as fictitious. Five other fictitious posts recently also came from cities where we do not have employees and have now all of a sudden changed to Toronto. This is more than a little suspicious. As the CEO, I try to share as much as I can with the team monthly on our team meetings. It is not always good news and it is not always understood clearly by everyone on the team. I am open to questions or people reaching out for direct conversations and asking questions. I appreciate honest, constructive feedback and criticism but dislike lies and slander. If you are this unhappy, I sincerely wish you the best in finding a new role at another organization where you will find greater happiness. As you call out above, you get to work with a great group of people, work on cool projects and you have fun interacting with your peers. Infront employees get to work remotely most of the time, meaning no commute and a better work/life balance, super casual work environment, flexibility for personal appointments, profit sharing when there are profits, great US health benefits, and little corporate bureaucracy. Great team leads, great projects with cutting edge technology and absolutely fabulous customers. We pay consultants to write proposals to ensure they are compensated for going above and beyond. We are not perfect, but we have demonstrated multiple times that we listen to our team and implement recommendations and changes they ask for. Rory McCaw

I worked at Infront Consulting full-time for less than a year

    Pros

since they only have one office in Toronto, everybody else can work remote, unless on a project. do not micro manage you, unless you are a poor performer

    Cons

lost 2 senior exec in last 6 months as well as 2 of our "smartest guys in the room." we are told monthly how well we are doing, then told how bad finances are after receiving less than 3% bonus, which is now called "profit sharing." the remaining senior exec mgmt seems confused, disorganized and not on the same page about anything. infront charges some of the highest rates in the industry, where is ALL that money going????

I worked at Infront Consulting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pros of Infornt are what others have said, remote work, good bunch of guys, some good projects. The biggest benefit is that when you leave Infront you know you have probably survived the worst move of your career

    Cons

Hmm, the list is pretty short actually. We got told time and time again how good the company was doing, until it came time to pay out bonus and it always fell short. The staff turnover is supper high, we had no labs, no infrastructure to work on. There is NO doubt that most of the reviews are written by the CEO.

I worked at Infront Consulting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work from home as a consultant is nice. Also, you get a ton of bench time during certain times of the year.

    Cons

toxic culture bent on using the core values as a bullying tactic. I would warn anyone considering working here to move on. Super high turnover rate. Almost no one makes it longer then 2 years unless related to CEO.

    Pros

Great bunch of guys, great projects, great team spirit.

    Cons

The CEO has little to no direction for the company. They only invest or focus on technology that is already yesterday's news. The team morale and culture is pretty poor and only made worse by destructive criticism.

    Infront Consulting Response

    August 7, 2017CEO

This individual was in a sales role and didn't make it to their first year. There are two likely reasons for that. They either couldn't perform and sell and either left or were terminated. Growing a sales team at Infront has been my biggest challenge as the CEO. Finding, training, coaching and mentoring a sales team and sales culture has been one of the toughest things I have had to do. Unlike a consultant that we can ask technical questions to and disqualify early in the interview process, sales is so subjective that it's hard to know if the person has the skills, passion and determination to persist through the constant rejection.

I have been working at Infront Consulting full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I feel like I can go on and on about the Pros to write about during my tenure at Infront, but if I were to highlight a few they would be: 1. The collaboration and teamwork throughout the entire company structure. 2. Communication between employees, even beginning at the upper-level management. 3. Friendly, laid back and highly intelligent group of people to work with. 4. No micro-management whatsoever. 5. Constantly setup for success and increasing your career and personal growth.

    Cons

After a year, I've still yet to find a legitimate "Con", but I suppose I'd say the Time Tracking software utilized is rudimentary :)
