I learned a lot about recruitment, ATS, and building relationships with companies. Before working with I&S I did not know about ATS. I explored, self taught myself and was able to pass along information learned to others.
Pay is extremely low for support staff. I felt I was underpaid by a good 25%. I ended up finding a position outside the company with a 40% increase. Management does not value staff or work life balance.
