    I worked at Insure.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice group of agents - having the best of intentions. all sucked into the same web trying to keep their jobs.

    Cons

The owner pits people against each other and has developed a planned failure system. NO ONE can exist longer than a year.

    Advice to Management

    Grow a conscience.

    Pros

Work from home, flexible schedule, more leads than you ever imagined. They handle the major parts of getting policies issued and delivered.

    Cons

Comp plan is always changing- makes them appear inept and GREEDY!
Numerous gatekeepers keep the agents' production and payout down. Case managers are ok, but don't touch the applications as much as they should. Case managers should manage cases- not write applications also. Delivery team is not well trained in the parts of the insurance policy, so good luck knowing if your policy is as was requested on the application.

    Advice to Management

Pay higher commission percentages or pay higher submission fees or remove the 16 submission requirement to receive the submission fees

    Pros

None, hard work is not rewarded

    Cons

A complete revolving door with too much pressure.

    Advice to Management

Let us sell without case management
