Pros
-Can work on many different projects -Can meet some really great people and co workers - Able to plan your own schedule for the most part
Cons
-Difficult team dynamic -Management can often butt heads with employees and can have favourites -very unorganized and unrealistic expectations ( projects given today that were due last week)- everything is rush or urgent - workload distributions is uneven - job titles are all based on pay and not on merit and experience
