Pros

Nothing at all not a good place

Cons

I realized that the environment wasn’t the best fit for the way I work and lead. While I value being hands-on, organized, and proactive, I encountered challenges with work-life balance, inconsistent management practices, and communication and operational processes that sometimes made it difficult to perform at my best. I also noticed a higher-than-expected turnover, which made it challenging to maintain continuity and stability in my work. Ultimately, I wanted to be in a role and organization where there is clear structure, strong support, and effective communication, so I could fully focus on achieving results and contributing to team success. Leaving was not about dissatisfaction with the mission or people, but about seeking an environment that allows me to grow professionally, add real value, and operate at my highest potential

Pros

None, you will get your pay check!

Cons

All by far this is the worst company to work for. Systems are outdated, ineffective policies, poor employee morale, leadership is verbally abusive to staff, all property seem to be failing

Pros

Properties are nice. Clothing stipend is provided if you work in the property office.

Cons

There is no work life balance. Senior leadership (VP, Sr. VP, President) expects you to work on off hours and over the weekend. Calls, emails and text messages are received even when on pto and all hours of the day and night. Outrageous amount of micromanagement and leadership proudly states that they are micro managing. Turn over rate is high, most don't last 1 year. There is no mileage reimbursement although you are expected to drive to several places. Bonuses are unattainable. Senior leadership is often rude, crass . The culture of the company is toxic.
