Cons
This company pays on the low end of median pay. However, the optics look like if you’re a white, male, you’ll be paid a fair to high median pay range even if you provide low effort in your work ethic and output. Promises of support are just words used to appease their employees. Every employee outside of technical support, is not just doing their jobs but also wear 5-7 different hats and are expected to do so without complaint or compensation (unless you’re counting the once in a while alcoholic beverage.) The company shows zero loyalty to existing employees unless you’re in the “bro” club. There is a “get onboard, or get out” stance from “leadership.” Leadership has an “open door” policy- that will lead you straight to the unemployment office.
