      Pros

      At IES there is opportunity to work on a team of skilled professionals who have a can-do attitude. Team members are encouraged and rewarded for being willing to step out of their comfort zone to learn and try new things. For people who enjoy design and consulting for science and technology facilities this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Workload can be intense at times and a little light at other times but once you are used to it you figure out how to be more balanced.

      Pros

      Company is in a growing mode that creates a great opportunity for career advancement. Pay is good. Company pays 90% of health insurance premium. On some Fridays company buys lunch for everyone in the office. One important factor - ability to make changes and improvements within company. And no micromanagement.
