I have been working at Integrated Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company, everyone I have dealt with since I started working for IRI in a contractual position has been very professional and caring as well. They ironed out every bump and held my hand when it was needed (frequently). They always gave me what I needed in a timely fashion and without hesitation. I would not hesitate to work with/for them again and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking a position. Although usually contractual/temp work especially for a company in another state, can be stressful and angst filled, working for IRI was not!

    Cons

Twice a month paydays, on an unusual schedule was tough for me (used to every 2 weeks on a Friday).

    Advice to Management

Keep up the awesome work! But think about changing the paydays.

I have been working at Integrated Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They are constantly coming up with new ideas and ways to be more successful, profitable and streamlined. I've been given opportunities to build accounts up that have been established, take on new business and challenging clients that need more focus/attention. There is never a day that is the same! You are involved with all aspects of the company - Sales, Payroll, Employee Care, Onboarding. I truly feel that this is a company you can grow with.

    Cons

Working for a smaller, but growing company means that not everything is set in stone. New policies, procedures, positions and ways of doing things are constantly going to be changing. In order to succeed in this company you need to resilient and adaptable. This isn't a con for me, but can see this is not for all so it was worth mentioning.

    Advice to Management

New brand, continue to move forward and keep up the great work!

I have been working at Integrated Resources part-time

    Pros

    Flexible hours
Meal breaks guaranteed (unlike at grocery stores/restaurants)
Very simple job- literally just call people and ask for money
    No cold calling

    Cons

    Boring, very repetitive
Pay starts at $7.75 and increases to $8.50 after you work 20 hours (they don't specify this in training)
Earning more than minimum wage ($8.50 is basically min wage) depends solely on being able to get credit card donations

    Advice to Management

Make training shorter than a week, and explain clearly how the pay pool works

I have been working at Integrated Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company fosters a great work environment where everyone is friendly, and fun, but also very focused and driven for success. You are given a lot of responsibility and have the freedom (to a certain degree) to share your ideas that will help accomplish your tasks. IRI has a great culture, provides unique benefits and cares about its employees The owners and key stakeholders are professional, hard working, diligent and care about the success of their employees. They have a great list of clients and a long list of jobs to be worked.

    Cons

There are no huge cons or cons that stand out differently than any other company. Depending on your job the learning curve might be challenging or some internal processes might be frustrating at times. Tenured individuals need management training to learn to lead and train others.

    Advice to Management

Cultivate a work environment of mentoring and review the compensation plans especially in large cities. Continue supporting your employees and acknowledging their successes. Invest in and keep your strongest players as it is not easy to replace good talent. Key to success is the continued employee engagement and getting everyone on board with the brand, it will lead to capital appreciation/growth over time.
