I have been working at Integrity Express Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I've been with this company for about a year now and I am still very happy with my decision. I really do enjoy coming into work everyday and enjoy working with everyone here. Compared to many places i've worked this company has the strongest business support for IT. The business has invested heavily into IT and truly values our department. I constantly have the opportunity to get my hands on new technology and any...

    Cons

As with all companies things aren't perfect here but in my mind a lot of this is due to growing pains. This to me is actually a good feeling because we continue to grow rapidly, this gives me a feeling of job security.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. I think Management is doing a great job at keeping things moving forward!

I have been working at Integrity Express Logistics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Treated like an individual not a number, good culture, ability to learn new skills and develop current ones, part of a team with a voice, work from home on occasion.

    Cons

Huge backlog, a bit under staffed, some bottle necks, processes still new

I worked at Integrity Express Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, work from home.

    Cons

The IT department has more managers than regular employees and those managers have no skills that qualify them as managers. It's a very cliquey bunch, and if you don't fit the clique, you don't get a made up management position. Communication is non existent, managers spend all their time in meetings, but never convey the content of those meetings to employees. Processes are in place, but ignored by most. Stay...

    Advice to Management

Put an end to the divisiveness within the department. Stop giving people management positions that have no experience or skills to fulfill those positions. Treat everyone equally rather than allowing the do-nothings to get away with murder while the productive employees are ridiculed and punished for the smallest of infractions.

I worked at Integrity Express Logistics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It was a cool work environment that is the only positive thing I can say.

    Cons

I had someone training me that did not know how to properly train someone else. The trainer wanted to do everything themselves instead of taking the time to show me how to complete the task properly. I was busting my butt on a daily basis learning from mistakes mean while being told that I was told I was doing a good job by that trainer. When they were actually taking all my mistakes to my sales manager to have me fired....

I worked at Integrity Express Logistics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Relaxed dress code. It’s never boring.

    Cons

The ethics in this place are on par with a used car dealership. Management does not care about you unless you are making them money which is tough to do unless you happen to get lucky with the very limited accounts left to call. The environment in the Nashville office is completely toxic and full of bullying if you do not fit into a certain mold. The best place to work surveys are forced down your throat and the only...

    Advice to Management

Be more upfront about expectations of employees, they should not be blindsided by a review. Also better training would go a long way, being thrown into a new industry is not easy especially when coworkers are out to take advantage of each other for personal gain.

    Pros

Team oriented, competitive pay and benefits package, and you work around people who genuinely love their jobs

    Cons

Your PTO is accrued over the year, not given to you at the beginning of the year. So you have to plan your time off around that.

I worked at Integrity Express Logistics full-time

    Pros

Great work atmosphere, the people are what make this organization what it is today.

    Cons

Get ready for 7a-6p as an account executive, the first 8mo are the most important. sacrifice your saturdays, tell your friends you are starting a new career. It's buckle in or hit the road.
