I worked at Integrity full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The opportunities are endless and it's a good place for the young men and woman to jump start their career in Cable TV. Training available with all the necessary tools for the young men and women to become successful. No lay offs, year round work. You are rewarded for working hard, the effort you put into doing your job will reflect more on your pay check. You're never doing the same thing day in and day out. You get to meet very interesting people to interact with daily. You'll discover new ideas daily and put your mind and body to work each and every day. A challenging career in the right direction, plus it's your chance to meet or set goals for yourself at a young age. Advancement depends on you, you're the boss once you leave the office.

    Cons

Cable TV isn't your typical 8 to 5 job. Long hours with 6 to 7 days available to work. You might say they're like the New Poster Boys for working in the heat, rain, sleet and snow. Cable TV never stops and it's a very high demanding job, so you really can't say it's "Con" but people do like some time off.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work Men and Ladies !!!

  10. "Working at integrity house"

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Working here at integrity allows you to grow in goal setting time management skills and knowledge it is the diversity of work that requires one to begin with the end in mind to not just provide a service but create an experience that is truly unique and rewarding for the client

    Cons

Sometimes you just want more time to do more for the client and time does not always permit this

    Advice to Management

I'm of the belief that if you want to create a strong company with a solid foundation we must start each day by beginning with the end in mind producing a product or service that we would use for ourselves
