    Pros

People genuinely care for each other and for the company. Everyone takes ownership and pride in their work. They go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. Flexible environment and hours. Pay and benefits are good. Company events are fun and unique. Great views from the 11th floor and lots of nearby restaurants and Starbucks!

    Advice to Management

Focus on the right customers and push back on those that take advantage.

The work environment is pretty flexible
Nice location in the Howard Hughes Center and a nice, modern, open office space

Really great people, very supportive of each others, very supportive of work/life balance.
The product is awesome and the often implemented new features allow even better customization. In a fairly small amount of time very robust systems can be built.

Sometimes you need to wear too many hats and juggle with many tasks

    Advice to Management

Prioritize the different teams/departments more evenly.

    Pros

Really nice people who work well together to achieve great things together. The product is truly awesome and allows non-programmers to build business apps to automate and streamline their unique processes. New features allow for even greater customization with a very modern look-and-feel. Management is flexible and supports work/life balance.

    Cons

As with any start-up, you’re required to do a lot of things at once. This challenge is an opportunity for people who like to take of a lot of projects and get things done.

    Advice to Management

Love the pizza parties… let’s get outside and do more team building!
