I have been working at IntelliDyne full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Over my 20 year career I've worked for three Fortune 200 companies and a few mid-size organizations - many "talk the talk", but IntelliDyne actually backs it up. In any outfit, it starts at the top, and that's how it works here. The organization is "flat" - the CEO will gladly chip in and help out the team wherever possible. That goes for the COO and other executives as well. If you want to work for a "can do" company, this is it. If you're good at what you do and want to put in your forty hours each week and go home, there's a place for you here as well.

    Cons

As with most government contractors, our employees are spread out onsite with Federal customers around the country, which makes communication difficult. However, this is addressed by a monthly newsletter distributed by HR, that provides informational updates on other contracts, locations, and Corporate functions. There are several "Master Classes" every year and other functions, such as Quarterly & Annual Awards ceremonies, that remote employees can dial-in on and are video & audio-recorded, so those who are on vacation or have conflicting schedules can watch later. Additionally, the CEO travels to all locations quarterly to hold Town Hall Meetings at each site.

    Advice to Management

Don't change a thing. Keep the corporate culture healthy and keep attracting health, hardworking colleagues!

I have been working at IntelliDyne full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Competent management from the top down. Mentoring, great benefits, good 401K match, outstanding CEO, focus on customers before profit. I really feel like management cares about me as a person. I'm part of something bigger than me

    Cons

The commute can be a pain, competition for training $$$ is stiff, federal contracting means small raises, mobility is limited

    Advice to Management

Keep doing it right, DON'T lose the CEO! We need to get more wins and a holiday party would be nice!

I worked at IntelliDyne full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work. Motivated employees have plenty of opportunities for advancement. I had no complaints about work/life balance. Benefits were very good. Compensation was very generous. Management was very adept at recognizing and rewarding individuals that went above and beyond.

    Cons

Being based in the D.C. area, sometimes management overlooked staff/teams at other geographical locations. Reluctant to tell clients when an idea is bad.

    Advice to Management

Continue growing the business, so the company isn't so reliant on a couple of federal contracts. Adapt to new trends and strategies.

I worked at Intellidyne from 2013-2014. Great working atmosphere, they have very great management. I worked at Tier 1 for one year, my I was awarded Star award for my hard work. And later they also gave me gift cards for my hard work. They do notice who is working hard and give your rewards. The managers work with you at any situation and every situation. The company and the managers treat you like a family member. I worked under Mr. Durbois, Kyle, Mo, Mitchelle, and Sean, They were the best managers. I had great time working there.

    Cons

    no cons for the company.

    Advice to Management

You have excellent managers, and keep up the good management.
