Successfully run by financiers and story tellers. Pay the salary by 10th. Notice period on papers is 30 days, Still negotiate it to be more than 30 days after resignation. All wrongly born cheaters. Never mind to drink the waste from bathroom for money. Full and final settlement doesn't happen even after promised date after resignation. Such a shameless characters, they don't even hesitate to ask to go and work for clients with out pay and any other benefits for more than a quarter. Lethargic HR dept. Never send any response to mails unless personally followed up over calls. Such a cheap office, don't even have a chair/bench for placing lunch carrier during lunch. Have to stand and have lunch. Try to pay more tax from employee salaries by finding wrong reasons. E.g.: they don't consider hospital bills for tax exemption. Seen cases where retirement benefits were not paid properly and had paid fines too to govt. Joining this company is definitely risking career and life. No performance appraisals. once joined, you will be treated as a slave and start squeezing blood till the last drop. Finally find faults and send you out of office. Knew few scenarios where the personal and home loans got rejected because of the company financial credibility with the banks. They stop appraisals by showing wrong reasons, e.g.: bench pool size and clients cost cutting. Still not able to understand why to maintain unwanted bench and burden the billing resources. This will disturb the mind of the hard working resource with out any appraisals. If client wants to do cost control, that's clients decision, but how that can be related to the appraisals of resources who worked for the client? May be they mean.... enough you can leave us.
