Pros

None, Intelligize sucks. Don't work for them!

Cons

I forced to decorate the office for Christmas, even though I am Jewish. I was yelled at by my manager, who was later demoted from her position because of the Christmas incident. They wouldn't let me take off from work for the Jewish holidays either. The pay sucks - STAY AWAY!

Pros

Best in industry product with great user support.

Cons

Heavy favoritism, deceptive job description, misleading interview process, flawed, highly inconsistent training program ( and that's being kind) incredibly high sales targets w/ no lead generation, rely completely on cold calling. Different rules for different staff, no follow up by mgmt, way too many redundant meetings, CEO tells cooky stories, curses, and seems to not be on the same page as rest of leadership. Pricing seems to be made up on the spot with the driving theory that whatever the competition is charging we charge more. Way too much effort on chasing the perfect deal. Marketing seems to be operating in a different universe, a universe in which marketing does not generate leads but instead pats itself on the back continously for clever pharses and booth staging.
