Pros
  • Easy work for good pay plus i have weekends off work 5 days a week 8 hours and i get milage pay per day (in 17 reviews)

  • They worked with me on my hours since I was Part-Time (in 4 reviews)

Cons
  • No room to grow and although there is a standard required to work for the contract, they go to Craigslist and get what we call "Craigslist Heros" (in 5 reviews)

  • The industry in general has a high turnover rate and the caliber of individuals, depending upon the contract, is not consistently high (in 4 reviews)

    Plenty of hours and plenty of posts

    Cons

    Not good pay no health insurance no hospitality

    Advice to Management

    If there isnt enough guards go out on the field and cover the guards till another guard can come in to relieve you

    Pros

    Just have law enforcement experience, pass extensive and lengthy preemployment background investigation and medical screening. Job can be a little boring.

    Cons

    Same as Pros. Just do it!

    Advice to Management

    Keep things going as is and continue to work to keep the drama to an absolute minimum. Just keep up the great work!

    Some of the people are genuine and personable

    The office manager runs the company and the executive teams fosters the abhorrent behavior that runs rampant throughout the organization

    Rapid hire and good pay.

    Cons

    Not professional at all, abuse of you! They yell at you and write up for everything. And they shouldn’t be out there...be careful. They are players out there...Not recommend it.

    Fast Hire and responsive management. Pay is a little bit above the standard $12 pay for unarmed security guards.

    Cons

    Unstable SOCAL Edison work locations. Frequent drive to far areas.

    Good Sites. State sites. 401k, health benefits. Company has the state contract. Flexible. Good hours, friendly environment. Good for students. Over time

    Cons

    Bossy, controlling, power hungry, not the best pay, small raises, will work you over time, short breaks, walking for long periods of time. Sitting for long periods of time.

    Advice to Management

    Don't allow the Clients to bully us around with whatever they want.

    Pros

    They pay more than most security co's but it's not consistent work. Some times you work a lot then some times you don't work at all...

    Cons

    You go some times for days or weeks with no work then the want you 24 hours a day for short periods... great part time not reliable or steady work...

    Advice to Management

    Answer the phone when we call in!!!! Try to be nice even when there is no work, we will understand...
