      freedom and company celebrations. no one will ask about sales for first 3 months

      Cons

      .salary not on time even for managers .pf not paying on right time .only managers are treated like employees. they wont even hear executives problems. .no proper incentive structure. .all these pros done by their current staffs forcefully
