      The actual work is pretty easy.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Lots of egos with out a clue. Company is being led to ruin my bad management. Loss business and firing of longtime employees.

      Great coworkers and a great industry.

      Cons

      Company is not up to date with technology to provide customer service/support. Salesman put orders in on paper. Company does not offer CRM to track customer activity. Salesman use excel sheets to track sales, leads and customer activity.
