      None. Do Not Work Here.

      Cons

      Operations is beyond poorly managed. Misleading-no such thing as 24 hour turn time or even 48 hour turn time. You will be expected to review everything immediately, over and over again. No support from Team Leads or Sr Management. They are only there to appease Sales.

      Staff (non executive). Casual dress code, great AC, Lori's Kitchen?

      EXECUTIVES and Company Climate/Culture, Disregard for HR Policy and THE LAW, disrespectful to staff and the way they treat Women! I was reprimanded for answering a question from the CEO in a Management meeting for not being high enough in the chain and for being female! They literally told me not to offend his "culture"!!!!

      Pros

      Nice offices. Good support if you are a LO. High performance LOs are considered VIPs. A couple of lawyers run the place to keep it legal.

      Cons

      A small group of executives control everything. No health insurance. No VPs or directors except for a few. You are nobody in the company unless you are one of the few executives, a branch manager, or high performing LO.
