Pros

Worked at the R&D portion of it. Nice, small group that functioned largely outside of the bigger company. Atmosphere was supposed to be start-up like. The work this group did is unrelated to that of the bigger company and largely focused on trying to obtain government contracts for innovative projects. Facility included: -3D print lab -Mechatronics Lab -Computer Lab

Cons

Leadership would often not come to a consensus on what needed to be done. Members in non-leaderhip roles often felt like they were being left in the dark about what was happening and their input was not taken into account when decisions were being made that affected them, their processes, or their work. Also, benefits only include healthcare. For whatever reason, dental and vision are not provided and employees had to seek out their own.
