Pros

- Thriving lazy culture, as long you’re buddy buddy with management, you don’t have to lift a finger.

Cons

- Subpar benefits. - Gossiping coworkers about every aspect of each other lives. - Low morale and actively cut work force to make jobs for everyone remaining harder. - RnD company so job security is low if budget cuts further continue.

Pros

Great people to work with, good benefits.

Cons

It was a great place to work, everyone was always willing to help each other out. As the company grew, poor executive leadership was added. Became a weird culture that didn't reward good work adequately. The executive staff broke up like the Beatles, and the board of directors inserted themselves into the mix of the top level staff, and hired yes people, and destroyed the value and the culture. They just didn't know how to be good managers, or mentor people to be better managers, because the execs were horrible at it too. I have steered friends from applying to positions there to save them from the anguish, and to go find pain somewhere else.
