Exciting workplace, but...

Pros

Very exciting projects and future. Work from anywhere culture. Stable with some nice perks.

Cons

The company was born from and remains a group of developers looking to flip. They claim to own the best operating portfolio in the industry but put zero investment into actually operating their plants and instead of asking why things aren't working so well they just cut those who dedicated themselves around all hours of the day to keep things running smoothly. The CEO claims to be firstly climate drive but doesn't think twice about taking a round trip private jet to ride a rollercoaster at Disney. Unlimited PTO means people struggle to take any time off and although fully remote , way too much travel is expected.
