I have been working at Interstate Capital full-time

    Pros

ICC is a great company to work for. All ICC employees work really hard, it is a very busy office, there is always a lot of work and employees are very knowledgeable and smart. Co-workers and management are friendly and open. Great opportunities for professional development.

    Cons

Nothing to share at this time.

I worked at Interstate Capital for less than a year

    Pros

Some of the people were nice on the surface. Nice breakroom.

    Cons

They have no clue how to effeciently train someone, and if they put just the minimal amount of effort into developing a real training plan, they might not have such a high turnover or problem with people calling in. It is alot of work to learn everything that is needed to do the job efficiently but-with the added burden of being moved around with different people, it definitley made it more difficult than it needed to be. My questions were never completely answered (or they would be answered differently depending on who you asked) and I felt like I was just thrown on sink or swim style. The temps outnumber the tenured employees right now and its shocking that no one has stopped to wonder why that is. All of these issues and a few others besides caused me to not be totally invested in the job. I would have liked to collect a paycheck for another week before quitting to start my new job but my contract was terminated just before. I was honestly relieved, very happy I found something better. Thank Goodness I went with my instincts and never stopped looking for something else.

    Cons

    Pros

ICC is a wonderful place to work as they take very good care of their employees to ensure a positive and healthy work environment, along with providing opportunities for advancement. ICC's services truly help companies grow, and that is absolutely the most rewarding part of working here. Knowing I'm showing up at work every day helping our clients achieve their business goals is incredibly fulfilling. All around, a great place to work!

    Cons

None - my experience has been great here!

I have been working at Interstate Capital for more than a year

    Pros

The people at Interstate Capital bring a lot to the table, across all departments. The two men who founded ICC in 1993 still run it and most of the managers have been here more than ten years, which says a lot for the company and they represent a valuable bank of experience and expertise. Employees are carefully selected and with the company's continuing growth, ICC is always looking for smart, hard-working, reliable candidates who will contribute to their teams. I think my colleagues are really exceptional people and it is a pleasure to work with them.

    Cons

With the continuing growth, space is at a premium!
