Pros

There are some good, hard working people there.

Cons

The management is horrible. The GM has a do it or else attitude and is a bully to his employees. The culture is terribly outdated and there is no consideration for the employee or their work/life balance. HR in the Mebane plant is useless. There is no organization. No onboarding. No training. No tools to succeed. When this is voiced, you are looked down upon and even insulted in my experience. Highly recommend you look elsewhere while this current regime is in charge.

Pros

401 is good. Benefits (except medical) are good.

Cons

The managers change a lot. Not sure what to expect each day.

Pros

Decent benefits, vacation, health, dental, and 401

Cons

Where to start, company has so many problems it is almost impossible to know where to start. Seems like upper management is constantly changing and thus the plan to execute is always changing. So much change seems like no improvments are ever made.
